The moderator declares that the entry of scott_jiminez does not meet the "Golden Rule" requirement and is therefore invalid. Further, I have had enough of his (continuing from other places and times) polemical nonsense and have banned him from this forum. Those inclined to discuss this further are directed to "Neuroscience" Subject 34790 which scott_jiminez frequents.

The contest guidelines are hereby amended to include:

"John Marshall Says So"
'The moderator shall have the sole authority to decide any question arising out of the conduct of the contest.'

"First Amendment(sort of)"
'Contest charities shall be not be associated with any particular (a)(anti)religious belief.'

If you have doubt as to whether your charity is secular I suggest you choose another. (This excludes some worthy organizations. However, I'm just not going to deal with this again.)

In addition, the moderator suggests (as a matter of "case law")that a $0.04 OTC:BB stock is not a reasonable entry, notwithstanding the fact that it was entered in a previous year's contest without objection.

Certain entrants, in commonsensical exercise of their "moderator nullification" rights, indicated that they would send their money to whomever they thought was most deserving, regardless. Such behavior is enshrined as the "Ninth Amendment".

We now return you to your regularly scheduled stock picking program joined in progress ;-)

Tired of (and slightly amazed that I would have to do any) lawyering,
Michael
