Louis,

Here's another excellent site that is dedicated to exposing hoaxes and urban legends:

snopes.com

Their conclusion? Hoax.

************
What isn't a hoax is that a substantial lie has been told to the American public about what actually transpired on 09/11/01. Here's something that's vastly more credible:

news.bbc.co.uk

There is a typo in the introduction to this story. The date should read 6/11/02. Other than that, I've seen corroboration of very much of this information from a plethora of sources.

Instead of fearing some Islamic fundamentalist fantasies, we ought to be very concerned about who it is that is spreading such nonsense and attempting to soften up the American public for a mis-directed attack on Islam which will miraculously result in an oil windfall for Bush's cronies.

Keep your eye on the prize. Or ask yourself if Seneca's words have application in today's world: "Cui prodest scelus is fecit".

Peace, Ray
