Kerry is no Dukakis. He is a military hero and champion of veterans affairs. He knows all about tanks and any other weapons systems. He is also not as liberal as Dukakis, about a foot taller and has 850 million bucks. Kerry-Edwards is the current talk. Or wild card Kerry-McCain which would blow everyone away.
