When will the SEC bust Kenny Lay? Until they bust the #1 crook of them all we cannot pretend they're actually doing their jobs. Lay is responsible as CEO for over 100 bilion in ripoffs of the American consumer, Enron employees and investors. SO far he seems to have been well-protected by Bush. Bush also had the gall to lie to reporters claiming he didn't know Lay very well. Ya right.
