Does anyone have an idea of what Biogen's agreement with Elan entails. What is the split? Is it 50%? Are there royalties involved or is it a straight split? Who owns the manufacturing rights? Does Biogen own an interest in the MS application only or both MS and CD? Has Biogen ever published a statement about the precise ownership %.
