1,575,000 warrants: now exercisable for 1,575,000 shares at $2.50 up to
June 10 1998. The private placement was originally approved June 14 1996
(June 14 1996 VSE notice).
2,199,000 warrants: 1,999,000 warrants entitle the holder to purchase
999,500 shares now at $1.20 up to June 10 1998 and the balance of 200,000
warrants entitle the holder to purchase 200,000 shares at $1.20 up to June
10 1998. The private placement was originally approved June 3 1996 (June 3
1996 VSE notice).
