IMO, EUV technology is out 5 years (or more) and UTEK won't be affected
by any of this short term. UTEK has strengths in other businesses, such
as flat panel displays, full page print heads ... these areas will be
what fuels UTEK's growth not .18um -> .13um IC processes. The advanced
processes will likely use vendors such as Nikon, Canon, ASML and SVGL.
