There are early investors who paid $3-$7/share. They and/or traders take the news as an opportunity to take profits. So IDPH goes down. If you look at the charts, you will see that these "sell on news" corrections have been good buying oppportunities.

With a 12-0 vote, FDA approval is assured. The only issue is when. Then we will see if IDPH sells off on that news again. The stock will probably rise in anticipation just before the approval actually comes.
