I just heard that Cisco will no longer take any people from them and this will probably kill the H1-B shop. I personally know of one former co-worker who successfully sued for a $100K settlement with my former employer because he was a US citizen and they laid him off and replaced him with a H1-B which is illegal. H1-B scam finally ending. I hate to see our citizens being laid off for no reason.
