Hello A@P. I am a recent lurker to this thread and an active trader as time permits.
I would consider subscribing to your site but first have a couple questions:

1. Since you mainly trade from the short side there seem to be "short calls" for shares that are not borrowable or available from the traditional brokerages. I'm referring to shares that are not marginable, like a $1 stock that flies to $11. Although I am somewhat familiar with certain techniques employed by others (Canada, same clearing firm different b/d trades etc) what would you advise your subscribers regarding this issue.

2. Is your site a scrolling real time or message board?

Thanks.

All stocks are shortable, and there is no reason why the public cannot short the same stocks a NASDAQ market maker can,( in the US there are rules that make it almost impossible for the public to benefit in the same way as the Pros), however There are hundreds of places that offer such trading, and you can find such places by asking around ,however keep in mind, that many of the euoropean and foreign firms have a screening process, usually refrrals are required. I do not make referrals her ,but I do hear that DLJ and Yamner have awesome availability, and they go out of their way to help clients...DO NOT EVER do the LLC thing( harbor )
the site has audio, video, chat, every member has a private mailbox, you can always review what happened when you werent around by reading chat logs, the site is real tim,and offers emails and text broadcasts that can be sent to your cell phone, phone, ,pc and or pager.these emails can be broadcast by almost anyone who requests, Ther is a Board of Directors, we have a APmember services fund, that is used for the site and its members , ( recently it provided trading capital to 5 members who were forced to take losses on ADSP, fraudulent rise ), we have regualr meetings every evening Sunday through Thursday at 7pm PST, ( recently, they havent been regular, since most are still busy with holidays and year end stuff) and it has a threaded section ,( more advanced than SI, no offense intended ) there is a casino, for after hours trading and lastly There are 302 of the brightest minds anywher on Wall Street.

Several members cannot be online during mkt hours , due to work and use the broadcast exclusiovely then catch up in the evenings...

If you still have questions , just email me or PM me.

Peace,
A@P

Anthony---did you keep your short on SNRS? Or did you cover?

Lets just say that SNRS is overvalued and is worth less than 25 cents a share.
I currently have positions consistent with this belief.

Here is an interesting view of SNRS' recent private placement. It looks like the pros are somewhat skeptical.
