Official commercial service launch over a given number of sites. (Still a trial launch until March ?) 2. Official government approval at all levels without further appeal. 3. Requirement to utilize Qualcomm chipsets, similar to China Unicom. 4. Commitment to use BREW similar to China Unicom. None of these conditions have been met yet to my understanding- Jim
