ProMag To The Rescue! 21st Century's Trident ProMag Stops Chemical Leak Cold
Tuesday December 10, 8:01 am ET

FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 10, 2002--(OTCBB:TEXN - News) A substantial flow of liquid ammonium sulfate, leaking through a 3-inch crack in a chemical tank car was stopped without difficulty by application of a Trident ProMag QuickFrame 2 magnetic patch on Oct. 27, 2002. The quick installation of the Trident ProMag QuickFrame 2 was accomplished by HEPACO Inc. (www.hepaco.com), a full-service environmental remediation company, with which 21st Century began a relationship during the summer of 2002. Information concerning QuickFrame 2 and other configurations of the Trident ProMag magnetic leak sealing system can be found at www.seapatch.net. The chemical leak was stopped by the quick sealing action of ProMag, halting anyfurther loss of product and damage to the environment.

Neville Anderson, vice-president of HEPACO, appreciated the performance of the QuickFrame 2. Mr. Anderson said, "We are pleased to announce that we have Trident Magnetic Patch systems available at all twelve of our emergency response locations."

Arland Dunn, President and CEO of Trident's parent, 21st Century Technologies, Inc., said, "We are looking forward to the day when events such as the HEPACO success with ProMag will be so ordinary as to be no news at all. ProMag and its maritime companion product, SeaPatch, represent simple solutions to leaks and ruptures that could be environmental disasters without our products' intervention. HEPACO's enthusiasm for our products is appreciated by us."

ProMag and SeaPatch systems stop leaks by employing powerful high-tech magnets to hold seals mounted in sturdy frames to seal leaks and ruptures, including those leaking the most toxic, hazardous materials. The problems presented by fire hazards from welding or prolonged exposure to toxicity are eliminated or greatly reduced due to the speed and ease with which ProMag and SeaPatch sealing systems may be installed.
