When your posted article combines the two so that they can claim that we are going to nuke countries in preemptive strikes, that is flat out wrong. Are you saying that the policies are a bunch of disconnected ideas? Otherwise they only make sense in combination. This administration repeats endlessly that all strategic decisions are centralized in the person of the president. TP
