greenwich is very special. i went to a beautiful park today on the water. many people with dogs were there as it is after 12/1. real estate has practically held up here. i saw greenwich hs lose in basketball to bridgeport last night. but, greenwich hs has great sports teams. the cheerleaders ain't bad- they did a routine sorta like at a knicks game. greenwich is very close to and tied to nyc and wall street. some have left nyc for greenwich and elsewhere since 9/11. stock market related businesses in greenwich have been hurt. it is an easy commute. stars were beautiful last night. lots of deer, rabbits, squirrels, skunks. some democrats get elected in greenwich now. polo matches are fun. greenwich is diverse compared to new canaan. there are bars, movies, but not many public basketball courts.
