Claude, the options themselves were granted quite a while ago, and have already been included in everyone's analysis of the OS, dilution Etc. At the same time, I think everyone knew that they were about to be exercised, considering the share price and the expiration date. How do you figure they represent 25% of the stock? If the fully diluted is 400MM or so, 40MM options would only be 10%. Otherwise, I think your understanding is correct.
