Well I meant that at the time they were granted, March 2002 I think, there were only 200M shares outstanding, more or less. So 45M shares represent almost 25% of the capital stock at the time.

Granted on the fully diluted capital, that is if the holder of the debentures (You? if I believe a poster on this thread) convert his credit position to capital stock, these options will be only 10%plus of total outstanding.
