Right idea, wrong target. They should sue the urban planners that approve endless tract suburbia growth where walking and bike riding are difficult or impossible and all economic activity happens after you park your car at a strip mall.

Countries where people are thinner are countries with urban development plans that don't look like America.

But Americans won't fight for what they don't know. McD's always wins in the end.
