Dave Re..This statement is nothing more than rationalizing to provide cover for a position that is based on political differences as opposed to righteous or moral ones.

To be rationalizing, Ted would have to have been rational. That statement was sheer stupidtity, as every reason for fighting in Bosnia applies to Iraq in spades, plus a lot more.
