Unterberg raised CLGY to strong buy today after giving it a short term avoid in September. The stock was under 2 1/2 when the avoid rating came out. Unterberg is a market maker in this stock and was instrumental in acquiring shares for sale to Mr. Gregory who has acculumated almost 1/4 of the co. since the avoid rating came out. This is shameful but unbelievably legal. Sergio: The more we think for ourselves the better... We've seen far too many buy ratings when stocks were about to be dumped and too many sell ratings after most of the selling was done... The con continues... Jim
