Bush's is powerful because he is a chronic liar and deceptive. For instance, why does Cheney
hide the Enron meeting minutes that he had with Enron officials and KENNETH LAY unless
Cheney and Bush have something to hide. Bush is also powerful because he infringes
on other people's rights.
