Seems like a positive step, to me, though painful for the short term. I think this is an act to kick the gov't/state property commitee into gear, no? Until 'the other half' of the negotiating team is an active and willing participant, why waste time and cabbage? Anyone else's thoughts? ... Cussy? ... Roger? ... --Hopefully this will be a turn for the better ... I'm sick of waiting.
