I can call in with the automated phone systems, but what I do
is get the real quote for the stock and the options from PBS
and use the options calculator that I have linked in to my home
page to find the volatility for that stock. Theorectically,
If you know the
volatility, then you know what the option price is based on
the underlying stock price and we can get the underlying real time
price for free.
But I use the calculator in another way also.
Let's say you bought PAIR's option
when the underlying is 15.5 and you think that the stock will
peak at $18. So after you get the volatility, the option calculator
will allow you to price the option if you change the calculator
to option pricing mode and enter the volatility. Then you can
set a limit order to sell your option at that price.
