The statement, ... these areas will be what fuels UTEK's growth not .18um -> .13um IC processes. is only partially true. The P-GILD tool available in limited quantity this year is essential for doping at feature sizes less than .2microns. It has advantages today.

I believe that this product will bring very substantial revenues to UTEK. Probable ramp up during 98.
