Canada would join in, make it a norteamericano thing, because it's a good idea, and would help with the Kyoto commitment ... and yes by all means lower overall taxes where possible, just lower them elsewhere, to get your tech boom rolling and keep it rolling ... but it won't happen of course, for all the reasons elmat points out <sigh> |
