"I got to excise my Intel options in 3 months. My plan is to sale 1/3 at 20, 1/3 at 21.5, the other 1/3 at higher price or if it start to fall back, sell at 20. Anyone has any suggestions? "

Yes, I suggest you learn some English. Between "excise" and "plan is to sale" and "or if it start to fall," not to mention "anyone has," you are either a boat person or an illiterate.

Assuming this is not a troll, why construct an elaborate plan based on differences between $20 and $21.5 and so on? If you wish to get out of the stock, sell it. If not, keep it.
