Jori, your comments are what I mean. Not an attack, discussion, thats what we need more of. Good for you. However, I would point out this is a transition period, we are in the middle of strengthening our defenses both militarily and on the home front. I fear thats going to be expensive and I dont see how we can expect a balanced budget this term without severe cutting of social programs which just isnt in the cards. JDN
