What would the situation be there without the many years of the embargo? What would the situation be if we had dropped the 101st Airborne in and got the Bastard years ago? The only person to blame for conditions in Cuba is Castro, IMO. seems that Dade county government has more than its fair share of corruption. I don't know. Come over and try Honolulu. We do a pretty good job of corruption here.
