N. Korean leadership is completely nuts, and you are correct, they are expert at extortion, and they probably are looking for another payoff.

The CW on Iraq is just as you say, but I don't think that way...
The real problem is how do you fill that power vacuum once we win the war? This is the bigger question, mounting an attack on a sitting duck like Iraq is the easy part.
