Yes and No.

While I agree (although it makes me nervous to agree with Tice) that the Dow can get that low in that time frame, that is only on an inflation adjusted basis. The price will be much higher (IMO) because by then the inflation cat will be out of the bag. That's what makes trading so difficult in an inflationary environment. Even though the bottom line digits for the account go up, the value goes down.
