When is business is faced with reduced revenues and profits, do you expect that company to continue with business as usual or do you expect them to cut costs?

not just business, it applies to families too

if you spend more than you are bringing in, you have deficit

quite simply, government is too big and spends to much

from state to federal levels

and no one person or agency wants to give up their piece of the pie
