I am not expecting any cuts, unfortunately. However, I believe that the current administration was saddled with a no-win situation through excessive gov't infrastructure expansion during the 90s. And thought he table was set for the current administration long before the elections (and therefore it is ridiculous to blame the current administration), what is important is how the current administration handles the adversity.
