I don't know, and I'm pretty sure that he won't tell me. I also don't know how many options he has and when they were granted, so I can't guess. For instance, if this sale was a small part of his grants, it would mean something entirely different to me than if these were all of his options. One thing that I am confident of is that he doesn't know anything that would cause him to expect the stock to drop in the near future -- he's got enough money to not need the sort of headaches that such a move would cause.
