the amount of tolerance for this sort of thing on the federal level is breathtaking...yet try to get away with the most miniscule unsupported tax deduction...

just now they were discussing on CNBS going after the corporate heads of the grubmans of the world...when is the last time a federal bureaucrat was dismissed or *gasp* resigned after graft and theft was found in her/his agency???

at least corporations cannot extract your money under penalty of imprisonment....if you are bilked out of your money, you had to at least give a bit of encouragement or cooperation..
