OT *** Bill, I agree 100% with your reason for upgrading a 4 year old PC: >A stable PC OS (Win XP)< Having a 3 1/2 year old PC I'll add other reasons: larger HD [old one is 4GB], 400 MHz processor is feeling slow now. But the much better OS is the main reason [I upgraded to XP on one of my PCs]. I think a business can justify the PC/OS upgrade just by savings on lost time and employee morale due to Win98 crashes and freezes. Gottfried
