Good points, and I agree with them all. Frankly whether or not we reach a balanced budget right now is not that important to me as economic growth. Many years ago I learned in Business VOLUME CURES ALL ILLS. (gg) That was a hard lesson for an accountant like me to learn, but its true. A rising tide lifts all boats and deeper water lets us float over the shoals of desparity. jdn
