Nice rally today.Since this seems to be about the dividend tax cut, I dont see how the nasdaq stocks should be up also.If anything maybe a rotation to the dow out of the comp.
Going short the ndx with rydex venture 2xq- (ryvnx)at close.
Starting off with a 25% position and will add in the next few weeks.The war with Iraq is expected to start sometime this month so it should be good for a drop if this rally goes to far.
