I expected this. With the shares trading in the .40 range ,theres no way they would go along with the deal. I don't feel its a concern at all. One thing about Diotte is that he always seems to be able to pull a rabbit out of the hat. This market correction was long over due and the long term outlook is a lot better than trying to recover from a total crash.
