From this article, it sounds like additional, significant tort reform is still in the works from Washington Republicans. As I mentioned, I am all for this.

Now that the GOP controls both chambers of Congress, they plan deeper pushes in the months ahead.

Democrats get much of their money and political support from plaintiffs' attorneys, known as trial lawyers.
