I'm not going to research the obvious for you. If you weren't around in the 90's or weren't paying attention then go learn some history. As for impeachment, it's done by an opposing congress, not by a friendly congress. Bush wouldn't get impeached now nomatter what he did. It's one of the big reasons they tried so hard to win the Senate. To keep from being investigated, especially on the energy scandals which make Whitewater look like a fly-speck.
