Poor AMD is still attempting to transition to the .13 micron manufacturing as Intel finished last year and they begin 90 nanometer pilots.

This is old news. They do have to struggle with fewer resources than Intel, but AMD announced at their 3Q conference call that all their processor production is now at .13 um. And I believe Intel still makes products other than processors (such as chipsets, and maybe flash memory) in process technologies > .13 um.
