How do you know Flynt had no proof? In fact he stated he did and was willing to go public with it. But then "someone" got to the girl and she refused to talk. But Flynt was the one who outed Livingston. He was was accurate there. Otherwise why would the speaker have suddenly resigned? All in all a shameful time. No common decency anymore.
