Plus the tax code isn't where the real action is these days. Others on the thread were discussing the Federal arsenic standards. The unelected, not directly accountable EPA lowers the standards and BOOM!!! Every person in the country with municipal water gets the moral equivalent of a $billion tax increase.

Multiply this by a thousand busy bureaucracies and pretty soon the IRS is the least of your tax worries.
