First, whether he was shorting SNRS in Jan 2000;
Second, if so was he doing it "with A@P;" and
Third, whether answering the above questions involve "wild speculation."

My answers are: How would I know, how would I know, and yes, in that order.

If you have reliable documents or witness statements to make it anything other than wild speculation, and any evidence of illegality, let's see it.
