Oracle Executive Roberts Sold 738,012 Option-Related Shares Monday January 6, 5:26 pm ET WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- Oracle Corp.'s executive vice president for North American sales, George J. Roberts, sold 738,012 option-related shares of the company's common stock Friday, according to a Form 4 filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Roberts acquired the shares for prices from $1.91 to $4.49 a share and sold them for prices from $11.15 to $11.27 a share. After the transactions, he directly owned 9,967 common shares.
