under your theory it's just the equivalent of clipping one's toenails

I consider disposing of an embryo the equivalent of clipping one's toenails. Not late term abortions. There's personal injury and then there's personal injury. The personal injury involved in harming late term fetus is vastly greater than than for an embryo, in most cases.

What I have been trying to get across is that there is more than one way to look at this. One can give consideration to a fetus without believing that it is a person or demanding that the law treat it as a person with the rights of citizenship. There are other ways for the law to deal with it.

This is not a black and white issue, toenail clippings vs. personhood.
