Make a product consumers demand and want. It seem to me that there isn't too many happy consumers around unless you go to the MS thread. Release after release after release bug after bug after bug. service pack after service pack after service pack. Why do consumers have to be a computer geek to run windows? ANSWER -because there is no alternative. Guess what the NC is going to do. (Cool technology) As for the rest of your points the jurys out let the consumers decide with their cash and not MS FUD. I think the consumers are getting more educated and fed up with MS these days than in the past. Corel has only had WP for about one year and look how they have turned things around. Go Java GO
