The contest will be open to all StockRegent Newsletter Members who have joined (ie signed up for the newsletter) prior to Saturday January 4th 2003 and all current subscribers.
Participation in the upcoming contest is voluntary. Those members who chose not to participate in the contest will not be eligible to receive the 500 dollars.
The 500 dollars will be awarded once to the one individual StockRegent member who is the winner based on contest rules. If a tie should occur the 500 dollars will be divided evenly between those individuals.
The contest will begin Monday January 6, 2003. The contest will end Friday January 17, 2003. The winner (or winners if tie occurs) will be determined and announced Sunday February 2, 2003.
Specific contest rules will be announced Sunday December 29, 2002. The contest rules will be sent to all current StockRegent Newsletter Subscribers and posted here on the website.
Contest Rules
The contest will be open to all StockRegent Newsletter Members who have joined (ie signed up for the free online newsletter) prior to Saturday January 4th 2003 and all current subscribers who choose to participate. This contest is not a solicitation to buy specific securities. Participation is optional and completely at each individuals discretion. If you happen to buy the specific security during the timeframe you will be eligible for the contest. The contest will begin Monday January 6, 2003. The contest will end Friday January 17, 2003. The winner (or winners if tie occurs) will be determined and announced Sunday February 2, 2003.
The winner will be the individual who buys the most shares of International Broadcasting Corporation IBCS (OTC:BB) in the timeframe beginning Monday January 6, 2003 and ending Friday January 17, 2003. The shares must be bought during this time period and held through the contest end.
Participants must provide proof the shares were bought during this specific timeframe and will have from Saturday January 18, 2003 to Saturday February 1, 2003 to provide this information. Proof will be a copy of the brokerage statement showing the specific buying transaction took place during the contest timeframe of Monday January 6, 2003 and ending Friday January 17, 2003.
