By unclear, I did mean we don't know how many shares will be delivered. I also meant I did not know whose hand is on the conversion trigger. Do you? If it's on demand by cege, then tktx was supremely stupid--not at all consistent with its otherwise successful financial management.

I think we can count on at least one other lawsuit by genezyme; and another by anyone else whose ox would be gored by another GA protein.

Otherwise, it looks like you and I kinda agree. It is not ripe for a full, or even a 1/2 position in my book.
