Down here, we have the marvelous Roth IRA.
Pay tax on what goes in, wait five years "aging"
period minimum, withdraw after 59 1/2 with no
income tax on the gains. I guess you have seen
our discussion on this on the Yahoo thread?
So, if your 100M shares, bought at 7 cents, goes
to $10, voila! Pay tax on the $7000 up front and
withdraw one day, after much patience, $993,000
with no more tax. Nice. Do you guys have anything
like a Roth? Some people here probably haven't
thought of it. Maybe they should?
