YOur lamb recipe sounds good. I really like the rotisseries for roasting all kinds of meats. My prime rib was smothered in salt which is the trick for that cut. Sometimes I like to make small holes in a beef roast and stuff them with fresh rosemary and garlic......it's very good that way and gives the meat a different flavor. That spice combo will also work with lamb . Green pepper is good with lamb also.

When I use peppercorns I like the variety kind...........red, green, black and white.

ONe of my favorites is a black peppercorn brandy sauce over a NY steak....................

Better stop talking about food as many ( including myself ) are on a New Year's diet to lose the holiday pounds.
